Did we mention we fish...? So we understand how equipment can sometimes be inadvertently damaged. Unfortunately, for such cases, our lifetime warranty might not cover these damages. However, we do offer parts and rod sections for most of our products in the event you need a spare at a minimal cost to you to replace.

Our warranty language:
Maxxon Outfitters Lifetime Warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials in new rods and reels only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse or any other form of damage caused by the direct or indirect use of the product. All warranty claims must be deemed a manufacturer defect by an authorized Maxxon Outfitters representative and be assigned a warranty authorization number before proceeding. To obtain coverage and proceed with a claim, the original purchaser must have registered their product at MaxxonOutfitters.com or be able to provide the following:
(1) Purchaser's contact information, including full name, return address, phone number and e-mail address
(2) ALL pieces, parts and components of the product accompanied by an image of the damaged unit in its entirety
(3) Warranty authorization number
(4) Shipment tracking information
(5) Dated proof of purchase
